i have a date for oct 6th,but i still need to get approved from medicare. i know that they will pay 80% and i dont know how i will pay the the rest,unless they let me make payments every month,because i only get ssi/disability which isnt much. i'm sure i can work it out somehow.best of luck to you:sad: -
i'm wondering if they will let me make monthly payments as i am on ssi/disability if not i dont know what i will do.

i too live in jersey and it took 2yrs to the day to get awarded my ssi/disability.after you are approved they wait 2more yrs to give you medicare.its abig process.but you'll have to deal with it:glare:

medicare does want precerts done,they include psyhc,gastro,lung,heart and primary doc:eek:

i'm not getting banded until next month,but i am trying to lose before i go on the pre liquid diet

arrrr,i'm having a difficult time with this diet already.i am sooooo hungry.i just had a half a bowl of sugerfree pudding and some carrots.i was considering making a burger but chose to get online here and felt guilty for having that thought.i am now drinking my v8 juice and eating half a cup of apple sauce.i should be able to make it through the nite:scared2:

well i totally screwed up!!i gave in and ate lst nite!!i'm not on the full liquid pre op diet yet,but was trying to lose some before that.i'm very dissapointed in myself.i'll lose some if i stay away from sweets and carbs,until the liquid diet.this isnt going to be as easy as i thought.i am counting on this site for a little support...:thumbup:

medicare pays 80% so really dont see why not.i'll question it when i go see the nut on the 22nd.

fiber my friend is not a good idea what so ever!!it bulks up and makes you feel full and you wont be able to eat what your suppose to:scared2:

well i'm glad your feeling better. i started my preop diet yesterday and blew it last nite!!as long as i dont gain i should be alright keep up the good work! -

i dont think you should be taking fiber as it expands and makes you feel full!!you need your nutrients -
