To the short of it all, I was suffering from terrible edema in both of my legs and constantly had sores that I was embarrased about since I had to cover them with bandages. I also could not tie my shoes for work and had to have others help me with this. On top of everything else, I am a professional chef so I am around food all day long. Over the past 18 months I had developled Pre-Diabetes and high blood pressure and was on medication for both.
