I have fought with my weight for years. I would lose weight and maintain that weight for awhile but eventually I would slowly regain the weight. I decided on the lapband after I witness a close friend undergo the process. My surgery was on August 18, 2010. My start wieght was 270lbs, and today I am 256lbs. So, I am on my new journey. I am very excited!
