I imagine my story is totally common:  look fat, health problems, bad knees, limited activity, shame, etc.  The knee pain and lack of mobility have been the real bottom line for me.  Just deciding on the AGB procedure and jumping through the hoops to educate myself and prepare for surgery have motiavated me to lose 35 pounds already.  Now, at 206 after 4 months of dieting, I'm starting to get comments like, "Do you still plan on getting surgery?  You're doing so well!"  I can't say it doesn't give me doubts because no one wants to undergo surgery of any kind if it isn't absolutely necessary.  I just know I've never been able to keep weight off for more than a few months and then gain it all back QUICKLY!  I know using the Lapband as a tool will ensure my success.  It gives me hope that willpower will not be all I can rely upon.  Right now, I'm researching products for my liquid diet pre-op phase and looking for the "best" vitimin-mineral supplement.  I'm checking commercial bariatric websites, like bariatriceating.com and bariatricchoice.com, an can't seem to get the listing of EXACTLY what vitamins and minerals are present and in what dosages.  I'd appreciate any NON-commercial recommendations for a chewable, decent-tasting supplement.
