What amount are you people eating 1 cup, 1.5 cup per meal? I feel like I am eating 2 cups per meal and I am still losing. I am trying to figure out if its my metabolism thats on fire or me going to the gym faithfully everyday . I would love to know if anyone is feeling the same way. I have a APS band 10cc with 2ccs and ive never had a fill yet.

What worked for me banded Aug 27 down 103 no fills , my dietitian told me that my calorie count needed to be 1500-1300 a day for proper weight lost for my body type. So find out your calorie intake that is needed for your body style and get some type of food tracker that has a activity tracker to see calories burned to what you eat. My gym Anytimefitness has a free website like I explain when you join -

LanceBijeaux replied to kadoane8's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Lost is lost I dont care if its water weight or not , your losing so you use that to keep you motivated the first two weeks post op I was losing almost 2 lbs a day. What gets me thru the day is tracking my food and calorie counting also get to the gym and you will be amazed. I am a member at Anytime Fitness and it comes with a free website Anytimehealth.com you can log food and daily activities its great. Tips that helped me WORK HARD PUSH YOUR SELF IN THE GYM and its ok to cheat or indulged a little .....I read once 3 bites of bad food is enough for satisfaction if you can conquer that you will be golden ....I wish I would have been banded 10 years ago -
