I'm allowed two protein shakes a day, one 300 cal meal and 3 cups salad.. It's not enough for me..lol. I'm famished. Last night my kids looked like little steaks to me. It's crazy. I"m going to implement the sugar free jellow and popsicles bc I need something more. -

ok day two of this diet and I'm starving! STARVING!! I'm ready to eat everything..I hope it gets easier! -
Hi - saw that you just had your surgery and are having weird chest pains...I go for my surgery on 10/8 and my friend told me to stock up on gas x pills bc of all the gas! So try some pills and see if that will help you with the chest pains..during the surgery they actually fill you up with gas so the area is easier to move around in..you have to get rid of all that gas.. lol.. so hopefully that might help!

I will start my diet on 9/27 for two weeks. I'm looking foward to it. I'm ready for this change. How are you handling the set back? I'd be bummed..you prep and pschye yourself up..it's an emotional roller coaster one way or another.

HI! I'm in NJ and I'm getting banded on Oct. 8th! I have my Upper GI tomorrow, Sept 14. I've had this before for and it's not bad (as long as I'm out for it). I'm nervous, scared but I'm going full steam ahead. Looking at everyone's pictures(before and after) and reading the blogs - I know I'm making the right decision. -
HI - Im new and saw your pictures! Great job! I'm speechless. I have my surgery on Oct 8, 2010! Any words of advice that you could give me?
