I'm am still losing weight and haven't made it to goal yet. I have really been trying to track my calories and water intake along with exercise and have started doing that on myfitnesspal. I've been trying to "listen" to my pouch so to speack. I work with a lady who lives in Palm Coast so your not that far away from me And to kll724 - maybe sometime we could all get together and meet halfway if the travel distance is an obstacle. -

Hi - I had my lapband surgery in May 2010 and live in Deltona, FL not too far from Daytona Beach - about half an hour. My husband had his done the week after mine. It would be great to have some buddies close by for support.
