Hi there.... how are you doing??? I chewed about 5 small nuts to a paste today and then swallowed!!! I have had no physical reaction but I know that it's silly. It's a holiday today so I find that particularly challenging with cooking for family etc. Anyway, I have to do it and no-one else. Good luck for your new day. Des
