Tired of not being able to play with my 4 kids and go on vacation. Identified with my looks all of my life and after the 4th baby at the age of 40, it was over the edge. Had diabetes while I was prego and gained 60 pounds. Struggled with emotional eating for about 10 years, and stay at home with the kids.
