ok so i have to do an apeal letter and not sure how to do one..:wub: and also the ins. just told me that even if i apeal it i still may not get coverd at the end so how is it that so many plp get it done..???if it cost so much its costing me 16,500 dayummmm i dont have that money..:thumbup:

man you are so lucky i have uhc and they told me i wasnt approved for wls so that suck big time but a lot ok plp from oklahoma have gotten thier serg. with uhc so i am kinda confuse about that.. -

:smile2::smile2: IAM REALLY SAD I JUST FOUND OUT MY INS. DIDNT COVER FOR THE SERG. I WANTED NOT FOR THE LAP-BAND OR THE SLEEVE.. THAT REALLY SUCKED N I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR IT... N I REALLY WANTED THIS SERG.

THANX FOR ALL THE INFO... I CALLED ANOTHER DOCTOR THEY GAVE ME THE PROCG# N I CALLED THE INS. AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS COVERD SO I AM SO HAPPY BUT KINDA MAD CUZ I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER SIMENAR SINCE THIS IS A NEW DOC. BUT ITS WORTH IT JUST GETTING TIERD OF THE SIMENARS...I KOW THEM BY MEMORIE NOW...HAAHA

SO THE DOC. SAYS THAT IF I WANT TO LOSE 200LBS THAT THE BAND ISNT A GOOD IDEA THATS JUST PUSHING IT HE SAID THE BAND IS GOOD ONLY LIKE FOR 100-150LBS..?IS IT TRUE?HAS ANYONE LOST MORE THEN THAT???:confused:

Oh yeah i know what u mean i been going to the gym for the past 8 weeks n really tryin n so far i have lost 16lbs but i havent had the band yet...but iam glad ur doing so well keep up the good work n ill keep intouch

Hey how much have u lost with the band??? I was tring to get the band too but the dr. Told me that if i wanted the bnad i was asking for to much from it ,that the band is only when u want to lose 100lbs or less...

This is about 5 and 1/2 months out, 57 pounds down. I wasn't smiling for some reason! But I am happy! LOL!
