    i personally only drink the ESN synthax Protein shake...its a powder but it is DELICIOUS!!!! they have AWSOME flavors like vanilla ICE CREAM and MOCHACHINO....try it its a little higher in the calorie scale BUT its worth it.. ive been doing fine with it.

    SARAHMARIE123: You must now get ready to completely change your relationship to food. Be prepared NOT to be hungry or starve BUT instead to deal with the changes your body will require of you. From now on you must be your own judge. The hardest part is deciding how much effort you want to put into this journey you are about to embark on. Your effort will equal your accomplishments. As for the question. Try to find things to occupy your time so you are not thinking about food. Such as walking. going out. shopping. try not to watch too much tv due to the INCREDIBLE amount of food commercials. watch movied or just come on here!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

    They say not to use a straw because it may cause gas. I tried it and they are right. because all of our bodies are different best thing to do is try it out. See for yourself!! you will learn that with the band in order to know how something will be you must try it.

    To Weigh or Not To Weigh

    because everyone is different i guess we all have opinions. Me personally. I weigh myself once a week. just to see how im doing. usually on a friday night. Dont be discouraged if your weight isnt where its suppose to be. It took a while to gain it didnt it? if your lose 1 ounce. ur progressing!!!! if you watch what u eat and work out even if minimal the progress will show. PS: theres no better satisfaction then having ur clothes fit better!!!! even better then numbers. because numbers at the end will always be numbers....but a size smaller means NEW CLOTHES :thumbup: Hang in there!!!!

    JINGLEBOOK. The first 4 weeks are the HARDEST at least for me it was. The best thing to do is to find things to occupy your time so your not feeling so hungry all the time. Most of the time its just your brain playing mind games. If you really are hungry then maybe you should ask your doctor about what can be a great snack. Different doctors have different opinions. I used to eat alot of Jello. HANG IN THERE!!!
