hi i am 5'3 and started off at 247-250 i was banded sept 17, 2010 and it was not bad at all i just underestimated my time of recovery i thought i could return to work that monday didnt happen but a couple of days pass that i was able to reurn i wish u the best and i look foward to reading updates -

normally u just bounce right back after the pb"d go back 2 ur regular diet and just maybe not try chips again if u can help it

the weight seem to come off better after ur third fill depending on how good ur doc is my third i start to realize houston we have a problem but it is a learning game and u just have 2 b up for the game but wish u well and much sucess

What a difference one year can make - happy bandiversary to me! Banded 8/27/09, down 115 lbs as of 8/27/10. Still another 30 til goal.
