I had surgery in April 2011 at 388 pounds. As of December 23, I'm sitting at 305. I'd love to see 250, the thought of it is unreal but I'm hoping to be there by the one year bandiversary. I wish I'd have done this years ago.

I got a letter from Dr. DeWitt's office this morning. I'm scheduled for a physical therapy and nutritionist assessment on 11/9 and my psych exam on 11/17. I guess things are moving along. My EKG is in the morning.
