    I had surgery in April 2011 at 388 pounds. As of December 23, I'm sitting at 305. I'd love to see 250, the thought of it is unreal but I'm hoping to be there by the one year bandiversary. I wish I'd have done this years ago.

    289 today. One pound away from 100 pounds lost. I started this journey at 388 which was my weight before the two week diet leading up to my surgery. This has been an amazing journey and I can't wait to see where it ends up. My doctor told me one time I'd be a beast at 250, but I wonder what it'd be like to get below that?
