I have been overweight all of my life. I took weight-loss medication and lost weight but suffered a heart attack and gained it all back. I switched jobs to get insurance which I hope will cover the procedure, I have United HealthCare Choice Plus. I went to my first seminar Sept. 1 with Dr Grossbard in Pasco, Fl and submitted my aplication on-line to their office the next day. I am not sure if that was the insurance application or not. The office staff said they will call my insurance company after they got my information and now I am just waiting for a call.
