Hey frenchy30097. My surgeon's education class listed very specifically what types of foods we were allowed to have. I am walking 30-45 minutes 5-6 nights a week. I try very hard to limit my portion sizes. I use a bread or salad plate for meals. I have not had a fill yet. I went in on Wednesday and since I had lost 35.5 lbs, I was able to choose whether or not to have one. I decided no. I eat very small amounts of carbs, mostly chicken, fish, pork tenderloin. I also try very hard to have no snacks. Sugar free popsicles and sugar free pudding are the only sweets I've had, except for a few tiny, tiny bites of coffee cake. Good luck on your journey.
