im sure you can take cough syrup as long as it a liquid form. if worried call the pharmacy and tell them u have lapband and tell them your sick

i have no idea here my port is located. i have 4 incisions 1 above my bellybutton 2.in the middle but below my breasts and 2 on each side.how can i tell which hole is where my port is?

I guess i couldn't have mine in my belly button cause i had a laproscopy done there before.

i was finishing shopping at Walmart and asked how i can get one and they told me they dont accept tricare which was odd to me they accept all my meds and its a military insurance. they told me to go to walgreens

then that would be the one above my belly button then i wonder why my side has been hurting maybe its gas pains

im thinking of going back to my pre op diet. cause i am not losing anything i am getting mad. so i'll go back to 2 shakes one for breakfast and dinner and jello and yogart for lunch maybe it ill snap back into losing it. i lost 10 lbs pre op.i hate this trying to figure out hat and hat not to eat its driving me insane calories protien and carbs. maybe u guys can tell me ho many carbs and calories i am allowed cause i am going nuts

i am on regular foods no my doc said ti as ok cause i wasn't having any problems. i excercising some i don't go crazy i walk and no riding my excercise bike. i can only do like 10 min right now. i have 2 eggs in the morning some cheese and lunch meat for lunch and diner chicken and veggies. nothing too crazy i don't eat crazy if i am dying for chocolate i eat sugar free Chocolate pudding.its hard for me to tell if i am eating too much for dinner cause breaking it don i do not know ho to do it. i made homemade chili last night i couldnt tell you how much carbs or protien or calories in it.

i kno i am very impatient. i can't help being this way. ive been put down by my sister all my life and now i have the key to success and i am trying. its hard when your husband asks did you lose anymore and you cant say yes i fell like a failure. i know he means well but i take it the wrong way cause of my sister. now she is huge and im losing its like a race to say ha ha i did it you cant tease me anymore.

i had a laproscopic and i have 4 scars. they aren't fully healed yet.

i haven't had any fills yet that happens on the 14th of this month no restrictions i can eat anything. my eight keeps bouncing from 245 to 250 making me very depressed

yes but i asn't one of the lucky people that the doctors found this out. many years ago i had very bad periods. i mean bad. hen i stood up i gushed blood and clots. went to the hospital they didnt do crap. doctors didn't get it. this as hen i as in my 20s. i had gone to some many dr and stil no diagnose nobody did anything.i NEVER EVER got pregnaut. so i hit my 20s still dont have it under control. wanted to get prenaut went to the dr and woohoo smart drs here in texas praise god they know what is wrong with me. I have a build up of scar tissuse so bad it infested my falliopian tubs and my ovary they told me the only way to get pregnaut is invitro. so i tried my insurence didnt pay for it:sad: we borrowed money. we went through the 2 month long processes. i lost the babies. i was devistated. i am 39 now and my doc wont do it 40 and above to risky. i blame the dr hen i as younger that would never find out what was wrong with me. all my dr did was a laproscopy and he could see i had alot of issues no dr did that so i lost the ability of ant i wanted most in my life which was to have a child. yes you can see adopt but it isnt the same. i'll never feel a child growing in me. here there are people out there killing their children makes me sick. sorry i had to vent.

when i as heavier i had to use 2 pillows now its like i get a bad kink in my neck that leads to a migraine and still i don't know what to do with my arm when i sleep om my side i used to rest it on my side now it falls off and i don't know where to put it. sooo uncomfortable when i sleep now. i can't sleep on my tummy anymore either cause i am worried about the port

i tell you i just got over a 2 day migraine that as the worse migraine i have ever had and nothing would touch it until the last day in the middle of the night i took a vicodin and got some rest. now i am exhausted from the non sleep and the pain. i don't know what caused it.
