Jogging no, but walking slow but steady. The doc had wanted to do a hip/knee replacement but I needed to lose weight. With the WLS maybe I won't need to extra surgery. Getting ready to do the 6 minutes now. I found the tickerfactory.com, but not sure how to put the link in here. Still working on it. It would be fab to do a stretching class, let me know how that works out.
