This was a difficult decision to make. I have spent years trying to get my weight, and cholesterol to acceptable levels. I havenumerous orthopedic issues, so I would do good for several months, then injure myself, and gain back what I lost, and have tostart all over again. I made the decision to do Lap Band Surgery, to assist in getting my weight down so I could exercisewith less injury ( and maybe not need that hip and knee replacement that my orthopedic surgeion wants me to have). Ihope to get off the CPAP, as well as improve my blood levels and have lots more energy.
