Today I saw the Dietican and I was actually told that I am not eating enough, I am eating about 1100 calories a day. I am getting about 80-90 grams of protien and she want my calories up to 1500 and my protien to 110 grams. I also exercise 6 days a week so it is also helping me

Hi there I use the GNC brand, it is low carb, low calorie and high protien. Which is what I was looking for. It is about 180 calories for 2 scoops, taste is not bad but you will need a Blender Bottle or a blender it does not break up good.
