Morbid obesity runs in my family on my father's side. Aunt pushing 400 lbs! I had to do something when I was pushing 200! I am now 5 weeks post op and lost a total of 16 pounds. Just recently got first adjustment from 3.4 to 4 yet haven't lost any the week after adjustment. I'm staying the course and know it will start coming off again. I try to walk 30 minutes a day yet have some fatigue some days but try to go anyway.Looking forward to my new life one day at a time. Down 1-1/2 sizes!Judy Roessner
