I follow my doctor's orders to a T (99.5%) of the time.
I eat 3 small meals a day and I stick to mostly protien.
Protien being 1 piece of fish, chicken, 3.5 oz. of steak, boiled shrimp, salmon, or tilapia. I haven't had any bread, fried foods, sweets, crackers, popcorn, etc.
I don't snack in between meals and I follow the time constraints: wait 30min after drinking before eating, eat slowly and chew, chew, chew. I set the timmer for everything.
