Help, I am only 40 years old and my legs are killing me.  I have finaly made a decision to do something for myself and get help to lose the weight.  So far things are going well after the surgery.  I am finding it kind of hard to fit in all the protein and vitamins in a day that I need, the only worry that I have at this point is not getting enough and dehydrating and passing out.  I will search more of your postings to get ideas how to fit them all in my liquid diet stage.
