I have tried several different ways to loose weight. I tried phentermine for 2 years lost 60 pounds and as soon as I stopped taking it I gained the weight back. I tried the gym with a trainer, felt better but did not loose any weight. Now I am going for the lap-band surgery. I hope this works.
