After graduating Nursing School in December 2009, I decided it was time to focus on "me" again. My weight was at an all-time high and I had to do something about it. I never stuck to any yo-yo diets longer than 3 weeks and I was tired of humiliating myself with failed weight-loss attempts. I finally said to myself, " I can't do this alone, I need help." Admitting that to myself has changed my life and my attitude about being healthy again. I don't have any health issues, not taking any pills, just over-weight and unhappy. I am a 30 year old married mother of a 6 and 4 year old and I want to better myself. I want to be eye-candy for my husband and enjoy shopping again. I am excited to begin this new journey; I am proud of myself!
