  1. I eat as if I have restriction and exercise everyday for 30-40 minutes 4 x per week and 60-75 minutes 3 x per week. use the elliptical, stationary bike and treadmill. three meals a day concentrating on proteins. I keep a food /exercise journal to keep me honest too.
