Hi all Bronnie good luck with your fill today, I had a fill of 2ml on Tuesday and it was to much I couldn't even swallow my own saliva so I had to go back for a unfill that night to get 1ml removed it was such a releif but my restriction is pretty good now I can't even eat half as much as before. Where has everyone gone??

Why Aren't You Losing Weight?
magii replied to WASaBubbleButt's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I have been banded for almost 3 weeks and have only lost 5 lbs, I can't understand why as the other people banded on the same day as me have lost at least 20 lbs some of them more. I know it is early days yet but I have to admit I am disapointed by such a small weight loss.:think I have been having protien shakes and soup plenty of water and the last week have been going on the treadmill for 20 minutes per day. -
Bronnie...congrats on becoming a bandster, hope it went well:) Magii

stomach upset during pre-op diet
magii replied to Berry's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hi It might be because your body is adjusting to your new diet, as this has happened to me when changing my diet. Magii -
Hi I was banded on the same day as you and yes I think what your saying is normal, like you I feel like I could gulp Water down as fast as I used to, not that I have tried, I can take my meds as normal, don't have to crush them, and am finding I can eat more each day, so don't worry too much as I feel the same way:biggrin1: Magii
