Hey lady. Well, there's bad news and good news. The bad news is, you really do have to work out if you want to see results faster. I know you can lose some just by diet alone, but working out speeds along the process and helps prevent the saggy skin. Also, there's only so far the band will take you on it's own. The good news is, as the weight starts to fall of (and it will), it gets easier and easier to work out. Never in my life did I think I would be able to run a mile, yet alone 3-5 miles (that's where I'm at now). To answer your other questions, I was banded in Chicago.
