I have just begun the process of pre surgery. I have been to a psychologist for screening and to a required nutrition class. My records have been sent to my insurance company and I am awaiting approval. At best, my insurance will pay 80%. So, I need to find out the total cost to me. However, regardless of cost or the means that I may need to take to pay my portion, I plan to have the surgery. I am very tired of being sick, taking medicine and having no hope of losing weight no matter what plan or method that I try. I am going to the wellness center for Water Aerobics at least twice per week and need to up that to three times per week. I have modified my eating to a high protein low carbohydrate diet in prepartion for surgery. I hope to have a surgery date soon.
