Hi everyone! I new here ... just starting my weight loss journey. I know it takes a while to go through all the pre-op stuff so I thought I would get a jump start on my weight loss and start drinking Protein shakes for Meal Replacements. Can you tell me where you buy your Protein Shakes? Do you get pre-mixed or buy the powder and mix yourself. Is there a benefit to one vs the other. Any information would help and be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
