I am in the pre surgery stage. I need to lose 13 lbs rather quickly which is frustrating because if losing weight was easy I would be here..lol..does anyone have any ideas for a quick weight lose that wont kill me i am considering Atkins for 2 weeks to see what happens..PLEASE HELP:redface:

I am very confused...do they fill the band when u have the surgery or do they wait until you are healed and then fill i have been doing research and am a little confused as to when u actually start using the band..and how soon after surgery do you start loosing anything typically??
