Thanks everyone!! I am already down more weight and reached my 50lb goal. Wow it is so different to have restriction and not be able to eat anything. I can live on tomatoes, mozz cheese and olive oil if it gets me to 160lbs!!!

I think I finally got to a good fill. 5cc's I can only eat small amounts very different. I am SO excited!! I am at 45 lbs down and I want to be at 50 by May 25th for my B-day!!!

SO SO happy to report that it wasn't a slipping problem. The doctor took out 1 1/2cc's and I still couldnt drink Water so he took out the remaining 3cc's and I feel so so much better. I will let my stomach rest and will start again with a small fill in 2 weeks. Thanks for helping me get through the weekend!!!

Thank You SO SO much for your comments!! It is so helpful to hear comments from people that have had these issues. I was able to get down a large glass of orange juice last night and that made me feel alot better. As soon as I have a sip of Water I start burping??? I think that is very odd. I am normally a big water drinker so I don't understand why I can tolorate oj. I will only have liquids until tomorrow when i call my doctor. Really hoping if is just tightness of the band and not a slip. I did workout doing alot of ab work on Friday but my dr said that is fine. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was banded Nov 15th. I have been doing well had my 2nd fill 3 weeks ago (total 4 1/2 ccs 10 cc band) and although I have been slow adding solid food this time i was doing fine until this past thursday. All of a sudden I can't even keep water down. I have not been able to eat really anything for 3 days. Had 2 small bites of pasta today and made myself hold it down. I felt really sick as soon as the water or food is swallowed. Feels better if I throw up . I will call the doctor on Monday, but I am so worried somthing is wrong. Do you think the band slipped? Thanks for your input!!!!!!

Congrats!! You look great! This is the best gift we can give ourselves!! I was banded Nov 15th and I am down 40lbs. I already feel like a new person. I can't wait for the happiness of goal weight!! Thanks so much for sharing!!!

Hi, I was banded on Nov 15 and have lost 30lbs today. 10 lbs were prior to band. I had my first fill on Dec 20th of 3cc's. I am happy with my weight loss, but since 12/20 I don't think i have lost anymore. But I am just plugging along working out 4 times a week. Trying to be patient that it will all come together.

I was banded on Nov 15th and I was at the Gym today and when on my belly working my abs it feels weird on my right side!! Not that it hurts but it feels odd.

It is great to be on the banded side! My surgery was yesterday the 15th My incesions are fine, the gas is setteled in my chest and that is uncomfortable. By not that bad. Good luck to everyone getting banded this week.
