    Monday April 4, 2011 Breakfast~1/2 cup of plain oatmeal with 2 tbsp of blueberries and 1/4 cup of egg whites Snack~100 cal snack pack Lunch~1/4 cup of cottage cheese, 2 oz of honey ham 6 croutons, some saltine crackers, and a south beach bar Snack~potato chips :-( with hot sauce and a light banana cream pie yogurt Dinner~1 cup of homemade chili and 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes Snack~1 1/2 cups of shredded wheat dry and 5 croutons Walked at a slow pace for 40 mins~burned 141 calories Total~ Calories~1,724 Carbs~283 Protein~83

    Wednesday March 30, 2011 Breakfast~Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and hashbrown from McDonalds (woke up late and had to run and grab something for bfast) Lunch~4 small cheese quesadillas Dinner~1/2 cup of greek pasta and a small chef salad Total: Calories~1,736 Carbs~115 Protein~96 Only 48 oz of water :-(

    Alcohol?

    You may want to check with your doctor but I speak from experience when I say there are way too many empty calories that will stall your weight loss because I promise you that you won't have just 1 glass of wine. Just something to keep in mind.

    starting over with lapband

    I too have failed the Band. I was banded November 2006 and slowly lost about 80 lbs within 1 1/2 years. I have restriction but know how to eat around my band. I have since gained all 80 lbs and am back at just 5 lbs below my starting weight. It's very frustrating and I don't find it realistic to think I can do a liquid diet for weeks on end because to me it sets me up for failure. I hope this thread will be a big motivator for all of us who have fallen off the "band wagon". Good luck to you all and lets continue to support each other in these hard times.

    Tuesday March 22, 2011 Breakfast~Strawberry EAS Protein Shake blended with a banana and 2 servings of half and half with my coffee Snack~Light Banana Cream Pie Yogurt Lunch~2 egg tacos with corn torrtillas and egg whites with 1/4 cup of 2% grated cheese and 1/2 cup of egg salad with melba toast Snack~100 Calories snack pack Dinner~3 boneless wings and french fries :-( 2 homemade margaritas.... Total~About 1,700 calories because of the ritas :-(

    Wednesday March 15-I did good up until dinner Breakfast~1 fried egg, 2 slices of bacon, and 1 piece of rye bread toasted with 1 tbsp of light butter on top. 2 servings of half and half with my coffee Snack~Fiber One Bar Lunch~Homemade fish tacos made with Gorton's peppercorn tilapia and 2 corn tortillas and 1 slice of rye bread topped with 1 tbsp of reduced fat chunky peanut butter Snack~Light and fit banana cream pie yogurt and slice of pepperjack cheese and 4 pieces of melba toast with laughing cow cheese on top Dinner~I was really bad and went out to dinner with a friend and had 4 beef quesadillas and 3 margaritas *UGH* feel like poop today Didn't workout yesterday and only drank about 32 oz of Water. Today is a new day! Total: Calories:2,175 of course because of dinner and drinks Carbs~191 Protein~73.8

Here is my menu and exercise for yesterday March 15, 2011: Breakfast~1 container of light and fit banana Cream Pie Yogurt and 3 servings of half and half with my coffee Snack~100 calorie Ritz snack pack and 1 slice of pepperjack cheese Lunch~Mini quesadilla made with 1 whole wheat tortilla and 1/4 cup of refried Beans and 1/4 cup of 2% grated cheese and 1/2 cup of nonfat cottage cheese Snack~Atkins Royale chocolate Protein shake and sugar free red bull Dinner~Personal pizza made on "Flatout" Bread with 1 serving of pizza sauce, Fat Free mozzarella cheese and no salt added tomatoes and 3 pieces of melba toast with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese on top After workout snack~Atkins vanilla Protein Shake mixed with 1 tbsp of chunky reduced fat peanut butter Did Taebo for 15 mins (wow I forgot how much of a workout that was) Total~ Calories~1,132 Carbs~113.5 Protein~105.3 84.5 oz of water

    I have Zumba and it is so fun. It is hard I'm not going to say it's easy but I enjoy it. I want to get Biggest Loser next and maybe Dance Central.

    Sunday Jan 9, 2011 Breakfast~2 scrambled eggs, 3 slices of bacon and 1 1/2 tbsp of salsa on top of eggs, 2 servings of half and half for my coffee Snack~Peanut butter Fudge Crisp Bar (Atkins) Lunch~6 inch subway sandwich with Turkey (no mayo) and 1 snack size bag of Baked Sour cream and onion chips No Afternoon Snack (was out running errands) Dinner~Did bad and had mexican food and margaritas (felt like crap afterwards) 1 chicken flauta, couple of bites of refried beans, and 2 margaritas I did alot of walking yesterday and burned about 385 Calories Total Calories~1,397 Carbs~108.8 Protein~51.9 (way too low on protein for the day)
