Zen, I had my surgery on the 26th too. The first two days were uncomfortable, but I did lots of walking. Today, I felt 100% better. Even had a Slim Fast shake, tomato Soup, and a Premeir Protein shake and still no gas or bloating. I think keeping moving really helps. I had one little gas bubble today when I swallowed some air with a gulp (old habits) and I just walked it off in about 10 mins. I know everyone is different, but I bet you'll start feeling better real soon.
