Being overweight basically my whole life I am at the stage of my life where I just recently got married and am thinking of having children in about a year or two. At the weight and health I am now I can not imagine bring a child into this world. I need to change my lifestyle and get healthy at the same time so that when we are ready to have a child I am at the point where I can do so. I am looking forward to this forum and think that its a great tool to keep us motivated.
