I love Zumba, I do it at Curves 2 days a week and I even bought it for my wii.I have a protein shake everyday. I even have been eating about 1/2 cup since my last fill. So since my last fill I have tried not to wrok out so much, the Dr and the Nutrionist told me I was working out to much, Some days i would double up, We have a Fit Club here and we do Brazillian Butt Lift, Turbo Fire and a few other things, I even tried P90X didnt care for that,
