My name is Michele and I have been trying to have the lapband surgery since January, The first time my insurance recieved everything, they denied me. I couldnt understand why. Everyone was telling me I was a canidate for it. So we did an appeal and I provided them with Information from Curves and from the YMCA stating that I had a personal trainer and got no where. I still was using curves and I even added walking everynight with a friend to try and lose weight and still not getting anywhere. But Finally Insurance has approved me and I am set for Surgery Sept. 9th. I am so excited.
