HELLO , I AM TWO WEEKS AND ONE DAY OUT, WHAT A JOURNEY, NO SOLIDS CLEAR LIQUIDS FOR 3WK,GIVES YOU A NEW APPRECIATION FOR FOOD. I AM WORRIED ABOUT HAIR LOST, HOPEFULLY I'M GETTING IN THE PROTIENS I NEED TO KEEP MOST OF IT IN MY HEAD..

GM, I am 10 days out and doing pretty well, I am in the middle of a 3wk liquid phase..I'm not hungry but I do feel at times I need more substance food.I recently asked my hubby who is also overweight to support me by eating better and not to drink aleast for the 3wks, hoping watching me thru my journey he might be insprired. to do better but he refuses, I feel sad, that my hubby isn't willing to do this for me while I haven't had solid food in 11 days, am I wrong.

Thanks, ladies I know it's my own journey, but I guess I'm surprised, once when my mom had t loose weight super fast dr put her on a diet and I didn't blink an eye I was right there for her, and she lost 63pds and me 40, I just thought hubby would join my struggle. and yes this is a great forum.. thanks again.

Gm, I'm doing pretty good some pain, but I'm off pain med, I'm 11 days out and in the middle of 3wk liguid diet. haven't weighed in as we do not have a house scale. surgery weny well, however myhospital bed was set a at crazy angle, the nurses told me it had to stay that way for bariatric patiiance after surgery. has anyone else experience.

Thanks for the support, I woke today feeling the most energy yet, I walked the mall 2xs, had rumblies in the tummie but nothing crazy. no hunger today. go figure. :wub:

I am 1 wk post op my Doc has me 3wks liquid... I feel like licking plates anyone else.

Hello my name is Diane I am a women of 40ish, I am going in tommrow for my sleeve. I previous had a lapband. I had it removed. a year ago and now here I am, I hope that between my age low thyroid, that my hair loss won't be to bad.. wish me luck.
