I have a little restriction but not a lot. I know I need a fill. I have been making good food choices as well or I work them into my calories for the day. I have not weighed myself so I don't know how much I have lost yet. I will find out next week at the dr's office. Work is good. I have two nice pre k groups. I am happy this year so far.

How are you doing??? Did you get your fill and how do you feel??? I think I need one as well. I have been using myfitpal on my phone to keep track of everything I eat. I try to stay at 1,200 calories a day.
How much weight have you lost??? I hope to chat soon.

I can not eat as much as I did before and I am happy about that!!!
Take it one moment at a time and know that food is your addiction. Every time you get ready to eat... Ask yourself why?? Are you hungry or is this your addiction. It works for me... I am an addict for food. Miss you and talk to you soon.

Work was great!!!! I love when the students come.... I then realize why I love my job when I see my new set of babies. I am sorry to hear about the lost of power during Irene..... A lot of people on Long Island lost power for a week... I think that is crazy!!! I am still on soft foods and I am eating my three meals a day and drinking my water. I can get fruit down and mac and cheese.

I don't own a scale so I don't get off and on one. Once I passed a certain weight I stopped stepping on scales.

Second week post op and I feel good. I went to work today and the only problem happens to be my pants rubbing my belly button. The incision area is still tender.
