thank you so much for all the compliments ! and best of luck with your surgery i knew it was the right thing for me because i had an appetite that would NOT quit, i used to be very active but nothing worked diet wise because i ate way too much food. i was confident in my choice because if it failed, i knew it was reversible. i wish you nothing but the best of luck on your weight loss journey !
