WoW ! I really can't believe how this fat is just falling off of me! I have been 99% into following the lapband rules, logging my food, staying into my calorie range, water and exercising and it is totally paying off. I can see my next mini goal to see the 220s.

making today a good calorie/protein/water/workout day. I will be getting close to 1100 calories today I feel low energy.

love this time of the month for me...I always drop weight on the 3rd &4th week of the month. Strange.
