    WOW! my doctor said NO Carbonation! Said it can erode ur band into ur stomach over time.

    Weight Gain Frustration

    I'm sooo sorry. when I get that way I eat only fish, chicken or turkey baked and veggies ( no corn) and berries like blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. I eat 5x a day 1/2 each time. No dairy, No condiments and no Salt (ms.dash). Its like the micheal thurmond makeover diet. I drink lots of water and it really works. Hope u make it till fill. Maybe they will let u come in earlier. How did ur band slip?

    Help! I can't stop eating!

    Not right after surgery. i kept drinking the protein shakes they filled me up. You don't wanna mess ur band up. Its very hard I know! Try very hard. Its an emotional game. Sometimes it may be headhunger. I'm sorry ur going thru this.

    October 2009 & 2010 Race for A Cure

    Well, that pic was from oct 09 and I didn't weigh myself I'm thinking bout 305-310 b/c that Dec. 26 I have a pic and its when I was 300 lbs I look tad smaller. I'm now 225 last time I check last week. so 75-85 lbs down.

    change in workout regimen

    Start October 11, 2010 I have decided to change my workout schedule because just doing Turbo Fire and Random other workouts isn’t giving me the results I want. I am looking for a toner slimmer look. I need to focus more on burning more fat than losing a lot of weigh on the scales. I have almost become obsessed with what the scales say. So my friend and fitness coach Tamika will be we working with me 2x a week on Circuit training. I don’t know what she has in store for me but I do know she is hardcore and I’m scaredJLOL! Now I’m ready. I need to be pushed to the next level. Sometimes if I’m not seeing results I get so discouraged and want to give up. But I know giving up is not an option. I must reach my goal. So, here is what we came up with to get to my goal…. Monday- Turbo Fire/ Fire 30 or 45 @ 5am Couch to 5k@7 pm Tuesday- Turbo Fire/ Sculpt 30 + Core 20 @5am Zumba @ 4-5pm Wednesday- AM-REST Couch to 5k@7 pm Thursday- Turbo Fire Sculpt 30 + Core 20 @5am PM-REST Friday- Turbo Fire/ Fire 30 or 45 @ 5am Circuit Training with Coach Tamika/24hr Fitness @ 8 pm Saturday- Couch to 5K run/walk @ anytime b4 or after soccer games. Sunday- Circuit Training with Coach Tamika /24hr fitness @4:30 pm

    Healthy Cost More

    So, I got a $5.99 Salad from Wendys and granted it taste good. But why SO much, I could've gotten a Number 1. Burger,Fries and a Drink for $4.59. So, if ya broke and you wanna eat healthy can't get a good salad. Now they got a salad w/ basically lettuce and a couple shreds of cheese. LOL !! Ya right. Anyhow, I was just trying to make a good food choice at a fast food resturant and it cost me! I have even started shopping a the organic health food store more often for groceries. Ya, I can't do that every week/ its breaking me. So, I just gotta cook better with the regular foods. Well, I'm glad to have this 3day wkend off. I can focus back on my workouts and eating. Hope all have a great weekend.

    10/7/10 One week post Opp.

    WOW, liquid diet for 4-6 wks. I wish u all the luck, I did it for 2wks and was ready for my mushies! LOL ! Liquids are so hard for me.
