I'm cooking mixed greens w/smoked turkey n peppers to go with my grilled tilapia and them greens smelling so good I wanna eat'em up now.

is 5 days sweet/junk food free! Tonite Zumba Toning and a short jog/walk bout 10mins.

Finished Week 6 Day 1-couch to 5k. I'm not repeating any days are any weeks until I finish the program all the way to week9 jogging 3miles by the new year.
