I love Turbo Jam cardio party- its not too intense but really gets the job done. My favorite part is the cool down.

Live with intention. Mean what you say and say only what you mean. No more I just, or I kinda of wish. Live with intention do things on purpose. Don't let life just keep happening to you. Finished My first 3 mile JOG-Couch to 5k Wk9 Day 1!!!!!! So happy this time last year I couldn't even walk 30 mins good.Im so Happy.

did Zumba this morning and feeling great to have this time off till after the new year to focus on losing 8lbs

Couch to5k-Week 8 Day1 -Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes). 10 mins Elliptical. Upper body weights for 10 mins. Abs.

did Zumba Toning @6 tonite and was exhausted. Had to get a whey protein shake after b/c my energy was so low. I don't think I had enough calories today but I got in about 800 today 2mor I will do more.
