okay. 5day pouch test starts now. But I will be having a turkey jerky if I feel my blood sugar go to low..can't have that. Ready, set go.

I have gon till D5 of my cycle w/o falling trap to the sweet cravings and I have no weight gain. I am so proud. Now I gotta get off so I can see how much weight I have lost. I have followed the LB rules for 2wks now and thats an accomplishment alone.

High-Protein Day...lots to do with burning a lot of calories; kettlebell (20mins)check, zumba(40 mins), a softbal game coaching. then bowling.Making it a great day despite my irritations.

Tilapia Cakes: cans of salmon or you can use fresh salmon/Tilapia, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of wheat bread crumbs, green/red peppers/white onion, crack black pepper, salt, oldbey, onion powder(dash) & garlic powder (dash), hot pepper flakes just a (dash), few table spoons of mayo, and some mustard. Pan fry with olive oil with a non stick pan

Zumba today !!! Got my food prepared for the day 93 grams of protein and 1097 calories. Got my water bottles on site-Goal 99oz today. Not gonna let nothing get in my way to make today a great accountability day. I have come to a poin where no one can care about or for me like ME so I have to kep my game on and mindset.
