If that incision is assoc with port, your port may be infected, and should be removed and that can be reinserted after several months. If that incision is not asoc with your port site, antibiotics and local wound care by your Dr. is SUFFICIENT.

In my opinion tight band ass. with esophagitis and spasm is far more freqent than slippage. Fluoroscope can discrimimate. .. -
I think it may be panniculitic mass around the tubing. I would request CAT scan to verify the curious mass. GL!
