I want to get it as soon as possible..I have an appointment with my PCP this week. I went to a seminar earlier this year and go overwhelmed with all the cost as far as the psych eval and nutrition consult. I also was told by my insurance I have to go on a 6 month monitored diet. Looking back now I would have already been done with the diet.
