Cheating? Cheating what? Death?Be nice to them and try to get/stay in their wills. So, when they die young, you get their belongings.
seriosly, kill them with kindness and keep up the good work!

Hi swissnis - Well, I started my pre-op today. My surgery date is Sept. 29 and I will do a little over 3 weeks on Protein shakes, Protein bars, a small (500-600 cals) dinner meal and some free foods. Then, 14 days before the surgery, I'll go to Optifast. My doc hopes I will "de-fat" my liver in these 5 weeks to make the surgery safe. It's HARD but so far I've made it. And as one of the posters told me yesterday, I don't have to make it all the way through to the surgery date -- I just have to make it successfully to my next meal. Good luck with your pre-op diet. How is it going so far?its going ok. I am pretty hungry though, not sure if I can do this for 15 days though

Mine is 15 days of only Protein Drinks, sugar free crystal light, and broth
what is yours?
Just wanted to get an idea of what other people have to do.

I was formally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1998. I have lost and gained weight over the past 12 years. While on a diet, after about 15 lbs of weight loss, my symptoms diminsihed by at least 50%. Studies have shown that if you are overweight that small amounts of weight make significant changes. I am so excited about the fact that I may not be in pain. Best of luck to you as you begin your journey. You will find tons of help and support on this site. Remember that each Dr. has different guidelines for their clients and reasons behind those guidelines, everyone's weight loss is individualized, do not compare yourself to others. I am in the process of waiting for insurance approval, infact my paperwork is being sent off tomorrow.....thanks for your response, that is exciting to think about!
good luck!
