Mine is 15 days of only Protein drinks, sugar free crystal light, and broth what is yours? Just wanted to get an idea of what other people have to do.

I am getting the lap band on august 7th, I am nervous and excited, not looking forward to 15 days of pre op Protein shakes! any advice for a new comer?

My surgeon sells a bariatric Protein Drink that is disgusting, can I use another brand? What brands are "good"? I want to try to make this 15 day pre op diet less painful.... thanks in advance!
