I am a mother of two young boys who wanted to be fit and feel good about myself.  I wanted to be the best mom possible but I knew that my self image was holding me back.  My oldest son is also overweight and I needed to help myself so I could begin to help him.  This was a tool I needed and it has been a wonderful thing.  Don't get me wrong, I have gotten sick, and it isn't always easy, but it's what I am willing to go through to have my life experience be a better more rewarding one overall.
